Peak Food? Plus: "Heaven's Tibet-sy!"
We have "Peak Oil." Do we also have "Peak Food"? Is "Peak Food" like "Peak Oil"? I've looked at about 100 articles on all sorts of sites about "the worldwide food shortage"--the blame usually goes to the production of biofuels for western consumption (thus, tying "peak food" to "peak oil"), or China and India are eating like "rich" nations, or "global warming." Far be it for the MSM or the Alt Media to put the blame where it belongs (if "peak food"--did I coin that term? I haven't seen it anywhere else!--actually exists; that is, if there really is a "worldwide food shortage")--on the folks who actually have an agenda to create a food shortage. You know who I mean. Some blame "GM "terminator" seeds and Monsanto. I don't know how many times I have read that while Europe (especially France) has banned Monsanto GM seeds, Monsanto is using various third world countries in order to test out their GM seeds, and that it is Monsanto and companies like Monsanto that are causing the shortages. First they blame Monsanto for producing foods that do not produce germinating seeds. Next they blame Monsanto for the seeds raising plants, that, since they are genetically modified, are killing bee colonies (Colony Collapse Disorder--the bees take pollen from GM plants, which have a substance that messes up the bee's digestive system. Supposedly bees that are not pollinating in a GM area are not being stricken with this disorder, but on the other hand CCD is "also" caused by cell towers that screw up the bee's navigation system. I suspect CCD is caused by any number of things.) Now, I'm not saying that companies such as Monsanto are not screwing up the world's food supply--they are. But Monsanto is not screwing the food supply because of any hidden agenda. It isn't as if the Board of Driectors of Monsanto are deliberately engineering a "kill off" the kind of which one always sees hypothesized on certain "conspiracy" web sites. Monsanto would be crazy wanting to kill 80 or 90 percent of humanity, because who then would buy their products? NO, the "conspiracy" is that Monsanto wants to make insane profits. Because farmers will be forced to buy Monsanto's seeds every time they want to plant stuff instead of using seeds generated by the plants they planted the year before (because Monsanto's seeds don't produce germinating seeds--that's why they are called "terminator" seeds), this means Monsanto will be making insane profits. I say "insane" profits because it looks as if Monsanto is shooting the health of humanity on the foot, thus, shooting themselves in the foot. See what I mean about the oligarchs being inbred idiots? Why is planet Earth so screwed up and always has been? Answer: Because the oligarchs we have today are idiots and/or psychopaths, AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN! History is littered with the bones of the ruling classes, PSYCHOPATHS AND/OR IDIOTS ALL! When a wise ruler does come on the scene, his progeny always turn into psychopaths and/or idiots! Idiots because they inbreed. Psychopaths because, believing they are better than everyone else, they come to believe they are gods, and thus they come to believe they can do whatever they please regardless of consequences...and they don't get the consequences because they are amoral: they have souls...but they don't, if you know what I mean. Want to know why nations and empires rise and fall fairly quickly? Because whoever conquers them is just a little less idiotic or psychopathic than they are. Example: The barbairians who conquered Rome in the 5th century AD may have been psychopaths, but at least they weren't idiots!
Now, I've read sites that claim that THEY can control the weather, THEY can cause deserts or floods, and THEY can bring snow in June in Florida, green forests to the Iceland tundra, or blistering heat in the Arctic in any month. There has been reported brutal cold in China this winter, brutal drought in Australia this summer (remember it is summer in Australia), and brutal floods in the US north-central and north east. La Nina, you know, and I expect out here in far West Texas La Nina will bring another year of "serious" drought (a drought here means 20 to 30 inches of rain a year, and a "serious" drought means 10 to 20 inches of rain, while a "terrible drought" means less than 10. The last year for a "terrible" drought was sometime in the 50s.) whereas El Nino usually means more rain (except when a La Nina follows it). Still, I doubt THEY can do any of that without some form of divine intervention (in fact, THEY, with all their scheming and hubris, can do NOTHING without divine intervention!). Thus, I don't think "climate change" or "global warming" or "weather control" can be faulted with what is now looking more and more like food shortage. But here is the kicker: THERE IS NO FOOD SHORTAGE! What there is, however, is a "cheap food shortage." And I daresay that (from the mouth of a petrochemical and solar power expert I know) "peak oil" is also BS: we are not running out of oil, he says, we are running out of oil at $10 a barrel. And so with "peak food." We are running out of "cheap" food. WE ARE NOT RUNNING OUT OF FOOD, even if China and India are consuming far more food than they used to, that is, "eating like rich countries." And even this is somewhat of a fallacy, because what Chinese and Indians are eating more of is meat: according to this BBC chart, the cost of meat worldwide has barely registered a blip in change from 2007 to 2008. (But you'd be hard pressed to explain the benefits of this to pig farmers, who are being clobbered by feed costs.) In fact what appears to be happening is not that there is less food or even that there is less cheap food...it appears that for the world's poorest, there is less food that they can afford. In places like Sudan-Chad-Darfur refugee camps, the World Food Program really is running out of food. And in parts of Asia where the price of rice is seemingly "increasing daily", there are food riots in Thailand, as well as bread riots in Egypt, and riots also in some African countries (Burkina Faso amd Cameroon were mentioned). Further, rice exporting countries are refusing to export, instead keeping the rice for their own people. Vietnam, India, and Pakistan have banned grain exports, while importing countries like Indonesia, Korea, and Mongolia have gotten rid of tariffs on food imports. Meanwhile, the Philippines among others are arresting "food hoarders." Now, do you see anything (should you read these articles) anywhere about (except for the poorest) food "shortages"? Further, if there are grain shortages, it is not because THEY are taking away land or "creating" deserts or whatever. Part of the problem with wheat production, for instance, can be laid at the feet of a rust disease that is attacking wheat, for instance, wheat plants in Iran.
In fact, small, organic farmers are facing a "food shortage" of sorts: their organically grown local fruits and veggies are so in demand that they can't grow enough to satisfy it! And I mean small organic growers...folks, if you have your rural homestead, this could be you! There is no reason why anyone out in the rural remote couldn't feed themselves and their families should a REAL food shortage (which would take quite a bit of effort to engineer without killing everybody, including THEMSELVES) take place. Now that spring is upon us, need I say this again?: get your rural remote land, do the back breaking labor it takes to plant your garden, spend your rapidly depreciating dollars on chickens and other livestock (just a few animals that you can afford to feed or grow feed for), build your animal enclosures and fences, grow your fruits and veggies, and grow enough so you can trade your extras for what you need, such as cow's milk, goat cheese, eggs, whatever. Folks, that is called "bartering," an "ancient" practice that, I suspect, will become quite fashionable again pretty soon, when no one is going to want your worthless fiat currency. And for you folks who either won't or can't do what I just suggested or you are too "physically challenged" (to use the PC term), make sure you acquire plenty of gold and silver or cans of gasoline. In fact, I have the PERFECT ITEMS for you to hoard should you be one of these folks: MATCHES. TOILET PAPER. SUGAR. BOTTLED WATER. CANS OF CAMP COOKING GASES (Propane or Butane). And, if you are a dog or cat breeder, you too can benefit. Trade your Rottweiler, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Fila Brasiliero, Bull Mastiff, or other large breed that has been bred to track anything from lions to runaway slaves (I mean, of course, robbers and G-men--is there a difference?), for some chickens, and put another of your doggies to guarding them. For you cat people, raise some good mouser kittens and trade 'em for whatever you need. Just when you need your food the most, mice and rats tend to get into it, so a good mouser might be in order.
And Heaven's Tibet-sy!
There are liberation movements. And then, there are "liberation movements": funded or run by the CIA/MI6/Mossad/KGB and whatever other "intelligence" black op you can think of. For liberation movement, think of our own American Revolution, the first true liberation movement in history. Think of Russia's liberation from not only Communism but Yeltsin's oligarch buddies like Berezovsky so enamoured by the west and Russian idiots like Gary Kasparov, a tool if there ever was one (and a chess master ought to be smarter than that, don't you think?). But the number of "liberation movements" is so large that I cannot possibly list them all here. Some of the more recent ones, clearly movements that did not eminate from "the people" but from a faction of a ruling clique, include "Biafra", Bangladesh (wholly financed by the CIA and India), Cuba (financed by Khrushchev and KGB, and, I truly believe, the CIA as well), Kosovo, Chechnya, Darfur, Sierra Leone and Liberia (financed by "blood diamonds"), Hamas (founded and financed, by...Israel!), and "al Qaida" (founded by the CIA and trained by Pakistan's ISI, which is also funded by the CIA). And so it is with Tibet. It has been long known that the Dalai Lama is on the CIA payroll. It is also well known that the CIA is helping out the present "free Tibet" movement spurred mainly by Buddhist monastery students and Tibetan ex-pats to "embarrass" China what with the Olympics coming in a few months. One of the few reporters I trust on this issue is Eric Margolis, who has interviewed the Dalai Lama, has covered the Tibet issue for years, and is a well-known expert on issues at the "top of the world", including Kashmir, the Maoists in Nepal, the various Tibet revolts, the Maoists in India, and the war in Afghanistan. In this article, he makes a claim that both sides are right, but that also both sides are wrong in trying to solve this issue by force of arms. Margolis is one of the very, very few that tells the truth about the pre-Chinese invasion history (1951) of "independent" Tibet. The truth is that most of the Tibetan people were THRILLED when China invaded and set up hospitals (there were none), schools for the ordinary people and females (there were none), modern roads and vehicles (there were none), and basically brought Tibet out of the Dark Ages by LIBERATING THE SERFS, WHICH MADE UP OVER 90% OF THE POPULATION! You want an indictment of Buddhism? Try the fact that serfs who disobeyed their Buddhist monk overlords had their hands chopped off, their daughters enslaved, their meager rations burned, and other "enlightened" ways! Folks, before you make any kind of judgment on Chinese oppression against Tibet, I STRONGLY SUGGEST you READ this article, "Friendly Feudalism:The Tibet Myth". For one thing, you will strongly think twice about ever becoming a Buddhist! And if you have friends or relatives in the "Free Tibet" circles, send them that article in your next e-mail.
Finally, did you hear the one about Hillary supporters threatening Nancy Pelosi over her statement that the Democrat "superdelegates" ougth to vote for the candidate with the most pledged delegates? Among those 20 Hillary mega-funders who signed the letter which can be read here is one Lynn Forester de Rothschild, wife to Lord Evelyn de Rothschild of the infamous "new world order/Illuminati" Rothschild clan which believes it should rule the planet by virtue of the fact that it owns most of the world's money, and believes it should "fix" US elections because it owns the Federal Reserve (along with the Lazard Brothers and a few other families). This woman, who got rich in telecoms and was introduced to Rothschild at a CFR meeting by none other than Hank Kissinger, is (I presume) a British subject though she was born in Connecticut, and thus has no right to tell us American how to run our Presidential elections (now, if we can only convince Israel of that...). How dare this bitch! And how dare La Hillary for somehow cajoling these people into doing this letter! And how dare Pelosi if she asceeds to these scumbags! Nancy, folks like me have called folks like you all sorts of names for giving in CONSTANTLY to the will for George W. Bush and his handlers. Would you please do the right thing and NOT give into the will of these 20 oligarchs who care not a fig about America? Because all Hillary needs is to become the Democrat nominee, and all hell will break loose: either she will be President (and the world can kiss the Wanta funds good bye, if these funds do indeed exist--I believe they do) and the crime running rampant now will be a day at the beach after she takes over, or McCain will be President, in which case 1)the military draft will be reinstituted 2) Iran will be nuked, setting off WWIII, and ultimately, the annihilation of Israel 3) the United States as we have always known it will be destroyed, and 4) a madman will be in power that will make President Bush look sane by comparison: McCain, who underwent all sorts of torture and brainwashing as a POW and has never been right since, will bring America a complete "post traumatic stress disorder." Again, it really makes you want to vote in November. God Help US...the best we can come up with is the racist, North American Union lover and Zbigniew Brezinsky tool Barack Obama!?!
