Oh My God! Wake Up Americans! We Gotta Do Something--NOT! Plus: Bashing McCain, because somebody has to when the MSM won't
I often post comments on comment boards where a password is not required...for one thing, this allows me to also post the URL for this website, and to my utter amazement subscribers have told me they found my site by reading the comments on a comment board! Now, I don't have thousands of subscribers. But who needs Google AdSense?!? Anyway, I don't sell stuff here and this site, at least at this point, is completely free with no ads of any kind, no affiliate links, no sponsored by links. But, back to the comments... Information Clearing House, which you could call a progressive site, is often a forum for me to put up the link to this site--and has one of the most "wake up Americans, we gotta do something!" comments boards anywhere! Stuff (from Canadians?) such as "You Americans deserve your fascism!" or "Well, I don't see anyone rising up against the police state--what a bunch of idiots!" or "Why isn't anyone protesting the war?" or "What is wrong with college students? Back during the Vietnam War we always had protests! Are today's young people idiots or what?"...that kinda stuff. And one can also find very angry posts, such as "Eat the rich!" or "Let's string 'em up along Pennsylvania Avenue!" or "Lock 'n load! It's time we got ourselves some oligarchs!" and such. It's pretty much the same at Smirking Chimp, another leftie site featuring writers such as Cenk Uygur of Air America. I post there (it is password protected, but just never log out!) sometimes just to try to get those leftists to think a little bit, that maybe ranting and raving does little good when they could be planning for their own preservation should TSHTF. Then you have sites like Cryptogon, which is dedicated to survivial and cyber- and disorganized- resistance. My kinda site! This site posts comments where most of the posters already know that the oligarchs, while making a good show of their fearsome technological advantage as they put the fear of God into the clueless masses, are in fact cooking their own goose--they are already so big and unwiledy that THEY will fall of THEIR own weight. Instead of sound and fury signifying nothing (do Shakespeare's descendents have a patent on that phrase?), these folks come in three varieties: one is prepare for the long haul; two is leave the country; three is get off the grid as completely as you can/get out of the system as much as you can.
But of course no one actually thinks that preparing for the worst or leaving the country or getting off the grid is "doing something" because it doesn't involve some sort of collective civil disobedience or "protest" or "general strike" or some kind of "action". But, you see, this "inaction" is truly action! And not only that...it just might be the most effective kind of action because, unlike the collective activities mentioned above, one who participates in these actions does NOT have to worry about the cops with clubs or tasers or hoses or whatever, does NOT have to worry about CIA/FBI infilltration, does NOT have to worry about the calling out of the National Guard, or jail or concentration camp or Gitmo. What are THEY gonna do if you get off the grid? Tase you 'til you get back on? What are THEY gonna do if you leave the country with a legitimate passport? Force you to live at the airport? What are THEY gonna do if you stockpile enough food, water, and other necessities for a year, especially if you've been doing so since the "Y2K scare"? I mean, if you try to blockade the entrance to the "School of the Americas" (where they teach Latin American soldiers how to torture nuns and children), they arrest you, right? And if you put up a website sympathetic to the Palestinians, Google might block you, right? Or if you picket the Republican National Convention (or the Democrat one) this summer, they'll put you in a cage called a "free speech zone," right? Or if you protest the "Security and Properity Partnership" like they did in Canada this past year, they will send in infilltrators to cause trouble and you might get beaten up by the cops, right? But if you are just minding your own business and building up your stores for a "rainy day" and not doing anything remotely illegal (de facto or de jure) under "color of law" or actually unlawful, even if you blog against the Bush Administration or against the "new world order" or the "coming police state" or some such, if you are just minding your own business, likelihood is THEY won't notice you. (Okay, okay...you can criticize America but heaven help you if you criticize Israel! You just might find yoursel banned on Google! Time to boycott Google, folks...and NOW YOU KNOW why I won't use their AdSense campaign. Plus, Morris Dees or Mark Potok of the "Southern Poverty Law Center" (SPLC)--at one time in the distant past they actually helped poor southern blacks--just might call you a "hate criminal." Pretty soon, anyone who criticizes Israel is gonna have to move there!)... If you live in the mountains or the deserts, likelihood is THEY won't notice you unless you have some kind of compound (think Waco or Eldorado) AND belong to an SPLC-listed "hate group" AND are found to be advocating some sort of "armed struggle" or "secession" (think "Republic of Texas") or some such activity. THEY won't waste their time with a family group, unless it is one affiliated with Neo-Nazis trying to purchase a sawed-off shotgun from an FBI agent through entrapment (think Randy Weaver).
For some that see no other alternative, leaving the country is an option, but only do so IF you NEVER plan to come back, even if it means never seeing loved ones again. Sorry, but if you are leaving the country because you think you might be on some "terrorist watch list" the chances that you will be let back in (if you ARE on this list) is slim and none--and do you really want to have to spend the rest of your life in the airport (when they confiscate your passport, meaning you can't get back to your own country, and they won't let you into the US)? So, if you leave, leave for good! That leaves our third option, getting out of the system as much as possible and off the grid as much as possible. Folks, not everyone is going to be able to do this! Be under no illusions! (We tried doing this...it is, looking at this issue IN REALITY, NOT a good option if you have young children.) Getting completely out of the system means the following: NO SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER. Thus, no social security checks, no driver's license, no buying a gun or ammo, no fishing license, no hunting license, no bank accounts, no job on the books, no college education or any other "accredited" kind of education, no voting of any kind, no credit cards or loans or passports or ID-related papers of any kind. No college for your kids. No summer camp, no summer educational experiences (our son went to Sea Camp at Texas A & M Galveston, which gave him an "in" to the college where he studies today), no military training if that's your cup of tea...I mean, just about anything anyone would like to do in this country now requires a "social". And, as of 1991, your child born in the hospital AUTOMATICALLY gets a social security number! This was the biggest reason why, when we had our daughter in 1992, we had her at home...WE were gonna decide when she got her "social," not the state. Therefore, if you are planning on getting ANY kind of benefit from Uncle Sam, from veterans benefits, social security/Medicare retirement benefits, student loans, home loans, car loans, government jobs...you name it!...DO NOT COMPLETELY get yourself out of the system. If you can earn money strictly "off the books" and can "comfortably" live "off the books" (meaning you don't have to drive anywhere, like to your loved ones on the other side of the country!) and don't have children to support, then getting out of the system is an option. As for getting off the grid, can you do without electricity in lieu of a substitute until you get established with it? Can you do without TV? Internet? Computer? Phone? DVD/VCR? Ham Radio? Water well pump? Fish pond aerator? Recharging your electric or gas generator? Even if you have solar energy cells, what if the sun don't shine? Even if you have wind power, what if the wind don't blow? You get the idea. Are you ready for extreme survivalism? If not, then option one, hunker down for the long haul and staying out of THEIR way, unnoticed, is probably your best option.
And now it's McCain's turn...
It isn't as if I haven't bashed electing John McCain's president before. Because of his experience being tortured as a POW, possibly even being tortured into giving away military secrets to the NVA, and experiencing PTSD, and even perhaps that he was turned into some kind of Manchurian Candidate (but for what purpose???), but most of all, because of his temper, I do not believe McCain is qualified to lead Cameroon, let alone the USA. His "bomb Iran" BS, and his almost complete lack of any concern (except for foreign policy) regarding domestic issues. Well, except for one domestic issue...his longing for the inflooding of even more illegal aliens and his pro-amnesty stance. He knows virtually nothing about issues facing the impact of the declining economy, outsourcing jobs, health care and the like that apparently concerns more Americans than even the war issue. It isn't just illegal aliens anymore, however. McCain, if this is true, has gone way beyond traitorous behavior on the illegal immigrant issue. According to this WorldNetDaily report, McCain is going to meet with "LaRaza," a group that many (especially leftists) consider to be a benign organization for illegal Mexican rights, sort of a benign Hispanic "NAACP" or "Congress of Racial Equality" type group. In fact their slogan is "Por La Raza Toda" (All for the Race) and another translation can be "for the race everything and the non-race nothing" (the Aztlan slogan is, "Tor La Raza Todo, Fuera de la Raza Nada.’: For The Race everything, for those outside The Race nothing"...La Raza supposedly rejects this idea; however, follow the money--La Raza financially supports the Aztlan groups!) with "the race" being Mexicans or what they call "Chicanos." Now if this was just over a matter of "rights" that would be one thing, but it isn't just about "rights"--groups like "La Raza", "LULAC" (League of United Latin American Citizens), the college student group "MeCHa" and the so-called "Aztlan Liberation Front" are all part of the "Reconquista" movement to return the American Southwest (California, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, and parts of Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and far West Texas--home to yours truly!)--back to Mexico! I repeat: McCain is meeting with a group of anti-American radicals who are part of a movement to return the entire American Southwest back to Mexico. Should this ever happen, this group of radicals, under the rubric of "for the race everything" and the "gringos" "nothing", will, as this site, La Voz De Aztlan, claims, either ethnically cleanse or attempt to exterminate all white non-Hispanics (and blacks, no doubt, but out of being "politically correct" in "solidarity" with "oppressed African Americans", this site fails to mention what they really intend for blacks, as well as Asians and other non-Hispanic groups. It is well known that blacks and Hispanics do not get along.). You are going to have to do a lot of research at this site to find these statements, but I have seen them on the Aztlan site, going back several years. (Note: if Aztlan is trying to exterminate "gringos" they will fail, because most of the "gringos" in the Southwest--and every single one that I know!--owns at least one rifle, shotgun, pistol, semi-automatic, or machine gun, legally. And you wanna hear something funny? Some of these Aztlan people are bleeding heart white liberals!)
Just what is McCain doing meeting with a group that wants to take over the American Southwest, a group that is in fact an agent of a foreign power--Mexico?
The announcement was made on Cinco de Mayo. That alone should tell you something, because May 5 is a holiday in Mexico, and, except for mostly Mexican-American communities (Presidio, Texas, for instance...99% Mexican-American ), few other Americans know what it stands for! Now, if I were a xenophobe, I would declare that no American of any kind should celebrate it...but I'm not a xenophobe...I just wish they would come here LEGALLY! Now, is McCain going to meet with these anti-Americans in order to tell them to cool their anti-American rhetoric? Is he getting huge amounts of funding from them? Is he just pandering to the Mexican-American vote? Is he making a deal on behalf of large corporations who need these low-wage workers to work for them illegally? If these "raza" groups are leftist, why are they meeting with a neo-conservative? Why not neo-liberal Hillary or outright liberal Obama? Do not all three "major" candidates support "amnesty"? They do, so why just McCain? Michelle Malkin, a woman I usually can be counted on to disagree with because she's such a neocon, is right this time, however. McCain, Malkin says, is La Raza's voice in Washington, having won honors and praise from them in 1999 and again in 2004. Truth be told, however, it isn't just McCain's sucking up to a group that wants to destroy this country. He is a Bushian in every sense of the word. He will keep up the war in Iraq, and with his notion of "universal national service" is a good bet to want to draft your kids into the military. He's a "straight talker" all right--straight to the trash can for this country!...
